Before You Visit

Before you visit

A few small preparations make the visit easier on your companion and the diagnosis more accurate.

Emergencies ▶ appointments ▶ walk-ins

Patients are seen in this order. Coming without a booking can mean a long wait.
In what order are patients seen?
Emergencies first, then appointments, then walk-ins. Same-day and walk-in visits may involve a longer wait.
Is my Naver booking time fixed?
Naver bookings confirm instantly, but times may shift with clinical circumstances. We contact you in advance if a change is needed.
Is there any etiquette for the visit?
Unfamiliar places make animals tense. Please keep dogs on a lead or harness, and keep cats inside a carrier while waiting.
What if my companion is fearful or reactive?
Tell us at reception and we will show you to a separate waiting area.
What should I bring?
Note the type of symptom and when it began, film what happens at home (vomiting, diarrhea, gait), and bring vaccination records, prior test results, and current medication.
Why does this information matter?
What you tell us reduces unnecessary testing and sharpens the diagnosis.
