Before You Visit

Before you visit

Preparing the following eases the visit for your companion and makes the diagnosis more accurate.

We try to keep to the booked time, but the patient before you can run long. Walk-in visits may involve a longer wait.

Naver bookings are confirmed once we check them in the clinic. Times may shift with clinical circumstances, and we contact you in advance if a change is needed.

Pet etiquette in the clinic

Unfamiliar places make animals tense. To prevent accidents, please keep dogs on a lead or harness, and keep cats inside a carrier while waiting.

Tell us at reception if your companion is reactive or fearful and we will show you to a separate waiting area.

What to prepare

What you tell us reduces unnecessary testing and sharpens the diagnosis.

  • Symptom notesTell us the type of symptom and exactly when it began.
  • Photos & videoFilm what happens at home — vomiting, diarrhea, gait.
  • Past recordsBring the vaccination booklet, prior test results, and any current medication.
